What we collect

What you send us

When you fill in the consultation form we store your name, email address, phone number, company name, project type and message. If you opened the form from a product page, the product and the options you selected are attached to the request. Only the name and email are required; you may leave the rest blank.

What is collected automatically

As you browse, measurement tools collect your IP address, browser and device details, the address you arrived from, the pages you viewed and how long you spent on them. This is used to understand how the site is used, not to identify you personally.

We also log the address when a page is not found, together with the referring page, so that broken links can be traced and fixed.

Why we process it

  • To assess your consultation or quotation request and reply to you
  • To answer questions about our products and manufacturing
  • To measure which parts of the site are used and improve the content
  • To keep the site secure and prevent abuse and attacks
  • To meet our obligations under applicable law

Legal grounds under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698: Article 5/2-(c) for handling your request, 5/2-(ç) for legal obligations and 5/2-(f) for site security and improvement. The measurement and session-recording tools rely on your consent.

Cookie names and lifetimes are set by the providers and may change. The site does not work without the essential cookies; the analytics cookies are optional.

About session recording

Microsoft Clarity records your mouse movement, scrolling and clicks on the page. By default Clarity masks text typed into form fields. The purpose is to see where pages cause trouble so that we can fix them.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data and we do not pass it to third parties for marketing. The providers below access data only to the extent needed to deliver their service:

  • Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC — Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 (visit measurement)
  • Microsoft Corporation — Microsoft Clarity (usage analysis and session recording)
  • Cloudflare, Inc. — content delivery network, security and bot protection
  • Our hosting and email providers

These providers may operate servers outside Türkiye. Where the analytics tools run, your data is therefore transferred abroad.

How to switch cookies off

  • You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the essential cookies may stop the form from working.
  • To opt out of Google Analytics, install Google’s browser add-on.
  • For Microsoft’s data practices, see their privacy statement.
  • You can turn on the “Do Not Track” setting in your browser.

How long we keep it

If a consultation request does not lead to a commercial relationship, it is kept for at most [RETENTION PERIOD — e.g. 2 years] after the request is closed. Where a commercial relationship is established, the retention periods required by law apply. Measurement data is kept according to each provider’s own retention policy.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and form submissions travel over an encrypted connection. Access to the admin panel is password protected and failed sign-in attempts are rate limited.

Your rights
