Personal data protection notice

This notice is provided in our capacity as data controller under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698 (KVKK).

2. Personal data processed

Identity and contact data: name, email address, phone number, company name.

Request content: project type, your message, the product you are interested in and the options you selected.

Security and usage data: IP address, browser and device details, pages visited, time spent, referring address, cookie records.

We do not request special categories of personal data. Please do not enter health information, national identity numbers or similar data in the message field.

3. Purposes of processing

• Receiving and answering consultation, quotation and information requests
• Communicating about our products and manufacturing processes
• Carrying out sales processes for goods and services
• Measuring how the website is used and improving the content
• Running information-security processes and preventing unauthorised access
• Meeting legal obligations and retention duties

4. Legal grounds

• Art. 5/2-(c) — directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract: handling quotation and consultation requests
• Art. 5/2-(ç) — compliance with a legal obligation: statutory retention and disclosure duties
• Art. 5/2-(f) — legitimate interest: site security, prevention of abuse and service improvement
• Art. 5/1 — explicit consent: measurement and session-recording cookies

5. Method of collection

Your personal data is collected electronically, by automated and partly automated means, through the consultation form on the website, through contact you make by email or telephone, and through cookies and similar technologies.

6. Transfers

Your data may be transferred to the suppliers that provide our hosting, email, content delivery and measurement services, and to public authorities legally entitled to request it. The measurement providers are:

• Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC — Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 (visit measurement)
• Microsoft Corporation — Microsoft Clarity (usage analysis and session recording)
• Cloudflare, Inc. — content delivery network, security and bot protection
• Our hosting and email providers

These providers may operate servers outside Türkiye. Where the analytics tools run, your data is therefore transferred abroad.

Transfers abroad take place within the framework of Article 9 of the Law and on the basis of your cookie consent.

7. Retention

Closed requests that do not lead to a commercial relationship are kept for at most [RETENTION PERIOD — e.g. 2 years]. Where a commercial relationship is established, the periods required by law apply. Once the period expires the data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

8. Rights of the data subject

Under Article 11 of the Law you may:

• Learn whether your personal data is processed
• Request information about the processing
• Learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data is used accordingly
• Know the third parties to whom the data is transferred, in Türkiye or abroad
• Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
• Request erasure or destruction under the conditions of Article 7 of the Law
• Request that corrections and erasures be notified to the third parties the data was transferred to
• Object to an adverse outcome produced solely by automated analysis
• Claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing

9. How to apply

In line with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, you may submit your request:

• by email to [email protected] from the address registered in our records.

Your application must clearly state your name, contact details and the subject of your request. It will be answered free of charge within thirty days at the latest; where the process entails a cost, the tariff set by the Board applies.
